做法:
1. | 依照洋菇肉醬義麵 Spaghetti with Mushroom Meat Sauce 食譜準備好洋菇肉醬,將食譜中的紅醬增加到4杯,省略煮麵步驟。 |
2. | 烤箱預熱到400°F(205°C)。燒滾煮麵水。煮麵水內加入足夠的鹽。依照包裝指示的時間少煮3分鐘。麵煮好後濾乾每片分開。 |
3. | 大碗裡蛋打散,加入瑞可塔起司,帕梅善起司粉和3杯馬茲瑞拉起司攪拌均勻。 |
4. | 烤盤底部刷些油,舀3/4杯肉餡鋪在底部。鋪上5片麵皮,麵皮之間有些許重疊。平鋪1/2的起司餡再平鋪1/3的肉醬。重複鋪麵皮,起司,肉醬做第二層。第三層只鋪麵皮和肉醬。最後撒上1杯馬茲瑞拉起司,再用錫箔紙覆蓋住。 |
5. | 進烤箱烤30分鐘。除去錫箔紙後再烤10分鐘。移出烤箱後等10分鐘後再切食。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Follow the recipe of Spaghetti with Mushroom Meat Sauce to make the meat sauce. Increase the red sauce required by the recipe to 4 cups and skip the cooking noodles steps. |
2. | Preheat the oven to 400°F(205°C)。Boil a pot of water for pasta. Add enough salt to the water. Follow the package directions to cook the pasta. Cook 3 minutes less than the required time. Drain and separate the noodles. |
3. | Beat the eggs in a big bowl. Add the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and 3 cups of mozzarella cheese and mix to combine. |
4. | Brush the baking dish with cooking oil. Spread ¾ cup of the meat sauce over the bottom of the baking dish. Place 4 pieces of the noodle over the bottom - each overlaps by 1 cm. Spread ½ of the cheese mixture over the noodles then cover 1/3 of the remaining meat sauce. Repeat to do the 2nd layer. Only noodles and meat sauce for the 3rd layer. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over the surface then cover the dish with a piece of foil. |
5. | Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Take the dish out from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. |
